2026 CLUB MEMBERSHIP & REGISTRATION

STORAGE AGREEMENT:

Non-negotiable Warehouse Receipt – Oakland Valley Race Park (OVRP), 305 Oakland Valley Rd, Cuddebackville, NY 12729. This facility is operated in accordance with Article 7 of the Uniform Commercial Code and Article 8 of the Lien Law of the State of New York. Oakland Valley Race Park shall have a lien on the goods covered by this warehouse receipt, as provided in Section 7-209 of the NY Uniform Commercial Code and/or Section 184 of the Lien Law, for all storage and other charges costs, and expenses related to such goods. Storage Charge per month from end date of storage agreement: Other charges listed: (1) Transportation (including demurrage and terminal charges, (2) Labor, (3) Other. The goods covered by this receipt have not been insured by warehouseman for the benefit of depositor against fire or other casualty.

TRAILER/PIT STORAGE:

You must be a current member of Oakland Valley Race Park (OVRP). Trailer locks are required, and a key to the trailer lock must be kept in OVRP’s office. OVRP reserves the right to relocate trailer in case of an emergency, or in order to better serve everyone’s needs. Storage space abandoned may not be sublet by the customer, and will revert back to OVRP for the remainder of the contract term. With no refund made.

Trailer owners are not permitted to display FOR SALE signs on their trailers without permission of OVRP.

KART STORAGE:

Only available for current members of Oakland Valley Race Park (OVRP). Storage space abandoned may not be sublet by the customer, and will revert back to OVRP for the remainder of the contract term. With no refund made. KART owners are not permitted to display FOR SALE signs on their KARTS without permission of OVRP. Storage must be paid in full before contract is accepted and space is occupied. Acceptance of this contract does not guarantee any future storage.

No insurance of any kind is carried by OVRP on trailers, or equipment and OVRP cannot assure the security of said equipment. Trailer owners are required to have insurance on their trailer. I agree that Oakland Valley Race Park assumes no responsibility whatsoever for personal injuries sustained by any trailer stored, and will not be liable for fire, theft, or damage to said trailer or any property in or on said trailer. The undersigned agrees to hold Oakland Valley Race Park harmless for any legal costs or judgments associated with the personal injuries and/or losses to property referred to in this paragraph. Trailer owners are responsible for any damage caused by their trailer to the property of others. You will not share or sublet storage with any other group or person. Upon request you will remove stored items immediately. You will not store flammable or hazardous materials. All equipment and trailers will be removed immediately at the end of the season contract. All kart and equipment will be removed immediately at the end of the season contract. No work will be performed in the storage area or building. It is only for storage. Access is only available during the operating race and practice days of the track.

I have read, understand and agrees to carry out and abide by all the rules and regulations of OVRP set forth above and attached, and any other reasonable rules and regulations as may be posted.

Any dispute arising from this contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, and shall be decided solely and exclusively by State or Federal courts located in Orange County, New York..
